Care & Support
Trinity Church has been blessed and we believe that the work we do in the Church and with the people is so important that it should be freely shared.  In 2019 a new committee ' Care & Support' was initiated and, with financial assistance from the TLW and other donations, a small freezer was purchased.  Foods are prepared and frozen, and deliveries of food are now made to shut-ins, those with illness or recovering from surgery, and others who need assistance. Call the office 519-655-2372.

Tavistock Assistance Program (TAP)

This is a Christian charitable, community organization providing support to local residents during temporary and emergency situations.  It is recognized that an unexpected setback can be difficult to navigate alone.   TAP is there to provide a customized support plan, to help a person(s) return to their normal routine as quickly as possible.    TAP is built on the foundation of neighbours helping neighbours.   TAP is a network of helpful contacts, appropriate supports and caring guidance, within the areas of Shakespeare, Tavistock and Hickson.  Together, a strong, healthy community is built.

Getting support with TAP is easy.  Email tapisforyou@outlook.com  or  Call 519-655-3500   Your information is kept confidential.
